Construction has begun on 5-story, 220-unit central Pa. apartment complex

Construction has begun on an apartment complex located at a large-scale mixed-use project in Lebanon County known as North Cornwall Commons.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held last month for the North Cornwall Commons Apartments, which is being built along Springwood Drive.

North Cornwall Commons is located in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County across from the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center and Fairgrounds facility.
