President & CEO

Jonathan created Byler Holdings in January of 2013 in order to consolidate the management approach for the related entities. His role at Byler Holdings is overseeing day-to-day operations as well as making decisions about investment projects and asset allocation. Before the inception of Byler Holdings, Jonathan completed the same tasks for the companies that now fall under the Byler Holdings domain. Over the course of 20 years, Jonathan has grown the operations from a single golf course to a diverse organization that now employs over 500 people. Operations include recreation, entertainment, materials and real estate development throughout PA, MD, and DE. 

Jonathan graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Business Management. He is a current board member of the Pennsylvania Golf Course Owners Association and the Lebanon Valley Visitor's Bureau. Jonathan resides in Lititz, PA with his wife Kathy and two children Victoria and Justin. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, playing basketball, golfing and coaching athletics. 

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has been a Certified Public Accountant since August 8, 1988. Bruce has worked with all of the Byler Holdings companies, as the CPA Partner, since their original formations. In May of 2017, he joined the Byler Holdings team to provide his expertise in management information systems, accounting, and banking in order to continue well-capitalized, profitable growth.

Bruce is the current Treasurer of The Harrisburg Singers and is on the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce Board.

In 1985 Bruce graduated from The University of Arizona with a BSBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems. He is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Director of Operations, Byler Materials Group

Chad joined the Byler Holdings team in the spring of 2016 to oversee the operations of the materials division, using his thorough knowledge of the industry. Chad's family has been routed in construction for generations and during college he regularly came home to pour concrete and labor on construction projects. Prior to joining the company, Chad worked as the Regional Sales Manager for McNeilus Companies in the Mid-Atlantic region for 11 years. 

Chad graduated from Millersville University with a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Economics. 

Chad lives in Cornwall, PA with his wife and two daughters. When not at work, Chad's time is spent enjoying his family, whitetail archery hunting, fly fishing and mentoring youth to enjoy the pursuit of all things outdoors.

Director of Operations, Byler Golf Management

Jeff joined the Byler Holdings team in the summer of 2014 in order to maximize efficiencies and profitability between all 5 golf properties.

Jeff's expertise is firmly rooted in the golf industry. His career began at the Hershey Country Club working for 8 seasons under legendary PGA Professional, Jay Weitzel. Upon graduating with a BA in Marketing from the Shippensburg University, he spent the next 21 years selling for the golf industry giant Titleist and Foot-Joy. He then spent 4 years with the Pennsylvania State Chamber of Business and Industry working directly with their Investor Membership program - Pennsylvania's Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff has lived in Lower Paxton Township since 1991. He and his wife Kelly raised two kids and are now empty-nesters. Jeff has completed 7 full marathons since turning 50 and plans on continuing that tradition every year. He will also occasionally enjoy "product testing" at the properties he helps manage.

Director of Operations, Penn Cinema 

Drew has been with Penn Cinema, a Byler Holdings company, since its inception in 2006. Having served in a variety of capacities and positions since that time, he's developed a wide range of experience and a unique perspective on the industry. 

After graduating with a BBA in Marketing from Temple University, Drew returned to Penn Cinema to help further the company's mission to create memorable experiences through amazing service, quality entertainment, and clean, modern facilities. Drew has helped oversee the expansion of Penn Cinema from a single-location business to a small entertainment chain operations three locations in Pennsylvania and Delaware. 

Drew is a current board member of the National Association of Theater Owners of Pennsylvania and the Warwick Education Foundation. Drew lives in Lititz, PA with his wife, Alexis, and their daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and - of course - watching movies. 

Director of Operations, Byler Real Estate

Mike joined the Byler Holdings team in early 2020 to oversee operations of the real estate division, utilizing his thorough knowledge in this field. Prior to joining Byler Holdings Mike worked as a project manager for a prominent Lebanon County civil engineering firm for 16 years.

Mike graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Civil  Engineering and later obtained his professional engineering license. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers without Borders. 

Mike resides in South Annville, PA with his wife and two daughters. When not at work, Mike can be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and coaching youth sports.

Operations Management

Marsha joined the Byler Holdings team in September of 2019. Her well-versed skillset has been key in developing our Human Resources, IT and Marketing departments as well as creating company documentation and managing day-to-day companywide operations . She is devoted to creating and overseeing uniformity throughout the Byler Holdings companies.

Prior to joining the company, Marsha had a career as an independent consultant in operations management.

Marsha lives near Hershey, PA. She is the proud mother of three children and adores being a grandmother. She is a musician who began singing at age 7, recorded her first album at age 18, and still enjoys performing on occasion. Her favorite pastime is spending quality time with her family.

Director of Construction

Wilbur joined the Byler Holdings team in 2020 to evaluate, oversee, and manage Byler Holdings construction projects. Wilbur's career has been in site development and building construction.

Over the years Wilbur was president and CEO of Nauman Construction, owner and president of McMichael Construction, LLC, owner and president of McMichael Builders, LLC, and president of construction of Blackford Development, Ltd. Wilbur brings a wide understanding of and experience in the construction industry to Byler Holdings.

Wilber holds a diploma in Architectural Design from ICS. Wilbur lives with his wife Jane in Lancaster, PA. They have two children, two granddaughters, and four great-grandchildren.
